Refund Policy

After your payment has been successfully received, you will get an email with a download link to the address you provided at checkout. This may take up to 24 hours but usually occurs in minutes. If you do not see an email with a download link, please check your spam folder first. If you do not receive an email after 24 hours has passed, contact us.

Due to the nature of digital goods, it is not possible for your purchase to be “returned” therefore we DO NOT offer refunds after a successful purchase has been made. We do want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you have any issues with opening the files or troubleshooting in general, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
